Thanks to those who submitted a proposal to share your knowledge and expertise at this year’s NAEYC Annual Conference, November 16-19, 2022 in Washington, DC. The proposal status notifications were distributed the week of August 8. All proposal submitters, including anyone listed on a proposal, were notified via email of their status. Please contact conference@NAEYC.org if you did not receive your email.

NAEYC Event Safety During the COVID-19 Global Pandemic

In keeping with the Association's duty to care and our responsibility as an event host, NAEYC is guided by best practices recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Following this guidance, NAEYC leadership has adopted a vaccination or negative PCR test requirement for the in-person Annual Conference. All attendees, presenters, exhibitors, and NAEYC staff will be required to meet the CDC status of “Up to Date” with their COVID-19 vaccinations. Read the full policy here.
