Presenter Registration Information

If you submitted a proposal for the 2022 NAEYC Annual Conference, proposal status notifications were sent out via email on August 9.

If selected, your presentation’s date/time, location, room setup, and room capacity will be available in late August/early September. Sessions will be scheduled at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center or the Marriott Marquis Washington, DC.

Presenter Registration

All presenters are required to register for the Annual Conference.

Presenters receive a discounted registration fee. To receive this discount, please use the Invitation Code provided in your acceptance email when registering online. If you need the invitation code resent to you, please email conference@naeyc.org.

To register as a presenter, please select “Individual Registration” after logging into your NAEYC account ONLINE or use the presenter registration form.
